UCAN provides assistance with affordable housing, housing for the homelss, food and clothing, Head Start preschool enrollment, health insurance enrollment, utilities assistance, money management, tax assistance, weatherization, and transportaion services.

UTrans offers two types of service. We offer regular service to residents of Winchester, Roseburg and Green (with connection to Winston) as often as once an hour. We offer commuter service several times daily along the I-5 corridor with stops in Canyonville, Riddle, Tri-City, Myrtle Creek, Dillard, Winston, Wilbur and Sutherlin. We have located many Roseburg area stops near major retail outlets, social service offices, government offices and large employers. Commuter stops are found in centrally located, easily accessed areas of outlying communities.
