Assistance League of Greater Portland provides programs that benefit children and victims of violence. They also offer a scholarship for students pursuing a trade school education.

Easterseals Oregon provides exceptional services to ensure that children and adults living with disabilities or special needs, and their families have equal opportunities to live, learn, work and play in their communities.

HVRP provides services that assist veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Our program helps them reintegrate into their communities and find meaningful employment. We provide veterans with the tools they need to gain new skill sets such as financial literacy, computer training, job search training, and interview guidance. Veterans learn skills to retain employment and become financially independent. Helped funded by the U.S. Department of Labor.

NAMI Washington County (Oregon) is a community, volunteer-based non-profit service organization. We are a grassroots, family and peer organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals and families impacted by mental illness through education, support and advocacy.

Options Counseling and Family provides family preservation, behavioral health services and other family supports to families and individuals in 11 Oregon counties. Options providers use a family centered approach, in which the family knowledge of their own strengths and needs is the primary resource.

Many of the services support migrant and seasonal farm workers and their young children. Other programs are open to families living at or below the federal poverty level. The child care and early education programs serve infants through five year olds, and our parent programs are open to all parents that have children enrolled in programs.

In-home care for seniors.

SCSEP is for low income seniors who seek employment, training assistance, and social engagement. Through the transitional employment program, SCSEP partners with community-based non-profit organizations and government agencies to provide participants with training opportunities to update their skills. During their part-time internship, seniors receive minimum wage to help supplement their income until they receive permanent employment.

Swindells Resource Center of Providence Child Center supports parents and caregivers of children who have special needs, developmental delays or disabilities. They provide resources, information and education to communities throughout Oregon and southwest Washington.
