Hourglass Community Crisis Center serves adults residing in Lane County who are in need of short-term, mental health crisis assessment and stabilization, but do not require the medical capabilities of an acute care hospital or longer-term residential care. Hourglass Community Crisis Center welcomes individuals to walk in when they need it, or they can be referred by local law enforcement and other community partners due to a mental health crisis.

The Housing Authority of Douglas County provides resources for Section 8, low rent public housing and multi-family properties.

The Housing Authority of Jackson County provides resources for Section 8, low rent public housing and multi-family properties. They also provide housing repair assistance to low-income home owners.

Housing Works is the local housing authority for Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson counties. We provide affordable housing, rental assistance and new beginnings for low-and moderate-income Central Oregonians. We provide homes for people throughout Central Oregon. We offer quality, well-designed and professionally managed properties serving workforce, seniors, the disabled, veterans and farm workers. Our help with housing includes administering HUD Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program in Central Oregon and supporting people who wish to move beyond renting to home ownership. We also provide programs that bring other essentials savings accounts, deposit assistance, credit-building loans, and home ownership planning within reach of anyone motivated to make changes for the better.

The Illinois Valley Family Coalition is a community organization helping those in need. We do this by providing prevention, education, advocacy and referral services in partnership with other community resources.

Each customer is eligible for a unique types and amounts of services based on their needs as identified in the adult needs assessment (ANA) tool. Personal Agents meet with customers and their chosen support team to complete the ANA and determine their support needs.

Independence Northwest is a full service brokerage that provides case managment for individuals with developmental disabilities in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties.

The Independent Living Program is designed to help foster youth and homeless youth in Klamath and Lake Counties become self-sufficient and successfully transition. We hope to help all these youth improve their chances at becoming successful adult citizens.Youth are given encouragement and the support that they need to complete their high school diploma or general education diploma (GED). Youth are encouraged to enroll in college, vocational programs such as Job Corps, or become gainfully employed, and guided in the process to find a safe and stable place to live.
