The High Desert Education Service District (HDESD) is a regional support system that links school districts in Central Oregon to state and national education resources. Our programs help districts minimize duplication of services, preserve their local budgets and receive special programs that might otherwise be unavailable to them.

As the largest provider of affordable housing in Oregon, Home Forward offers a variety of housing options to low-income individuals and families: more than 6,000 apartments to rent, including approximately1,980 units of public housing, and approximately 9,390 Section 8 rent assistance vouchers. Our housing is available to individuals, families, people with disabilities or special needs and seniors who meet each program's income guidelines. Home Forward is a public corporation serving all of Multnomah County, including the cities of Gresham, Fairview, Portland, and Troutdale, and other East County communities.

Home Life is an organization providing safe, integrated, community living services for the purpose of enhancing the quality of life for persons with developmental disabilities. Home Life (formerly Housing for the Handicapped) provides housing support, behavioral support, vocational services, and supported living/home services.

Horizon, Inc has a goal of enabling adults with developmental disabilities to participate in out of home activities. Horizon has grown geographically and functionally to become the largest single provider of residential and employment supports to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).
