Alternative Work Concepts is a small, nationally recognized supported employment agency which assists individuals with significant physical and multiple disabilities to gain employment in their communities.

CCP provides services for individuals with disabilities who have language and/or literacy barriers. Services include workshops for job application completion, mock interviews, resume building, English classes, computer classes and help to find and retain employment.

Goodwill Industries of Lane and South Coast Counties programs are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). CARF is an independent, not-for-profit agency promoting quality, value and optimal outcomes of services through a consultative process that centers on enhancing the lives of the people receiving services.

Laurel Hill Center is committed to helping people with psychiatric disabilities make choices and acquire skills that increase their self-reliance and ability to live and work in the community.

MPS provides all aspects of supported employment, community inclusion, and supported living services. All of our supports are based on the individuals needs and desires.

NextStep Recycling is dedicated to helping people from all walks of life learn new skills, find employment and progress in their lives and careers. For more than four years, NextStep Recycling has offered job and social skills training to people in our community, regardless of what their skills/abilities levels are when they walk through our doors. Participants volunteer in our dismantling room, our receiving room, our ReUse Store, or with our technicians.

The Commission for the Blind has the following program objectives in service to our mission: Helping Oregonians who are blind get and keep jobs that allow them to support themselves and their families, supporting Oregon businesses in hiring and retaining qualified job seekers who are blind in their workforce, supporting youth who are blind in the transition from high school into a career path/employment, training Oregonians in the alternative skills related to blindness such as adaptive technology, white cane travel, braille and activities of daily living, helping seniors and individuals with vision loss who are unable to work live with the highest levels of independence and self-sufficiency so that they can remain independent in their homes and active in their communities, licensing and supporting business owners who operate food service and vending operations in public buildings and facilities throughout the state;

MTFC is an alternative to placement in group/residential care settings or to incarceration or psychiatric hospitalization. In MTFC, youth are placed singly in well-trained and supported community foster homes. MTFC includes multi-level interventions in family, community, and school settings. Youth receive individual therapy, skill training, and academic supports. Their families receive family therapy.

Pearl Buck Center in Eugene, Oregon provides support to individuals with a range of intellectual disabilities and their families. Our programs include Pearl Buck Preschool & Family Supports, Supported Living, Community Employment and more. Through these programs, we strive to foster each person optimal potential, to empower them and to enrich their lives.

RISE provides services for people with disabilities including residential settings, day programs, employment assistance, managed care, and home and community based services. RISE also provides services for children and families through foster care and professional parenting, adoption, kinship care, after school and summer programs, behavior supports, and mental health services. In addition, RISE provides Early Intervention services which includes Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy and Developmental Specialists.

SLLEA serves adults with higher functioning autism, working with them to achieve and maintain meaningful independence and self-sufficiency in their lives. Our comprehensive program of autism-specific direct supports, skills and social training, and use of self management technology is carefully designed to foster sustained personal growth and self-confidence across three pivotal adult transition areas: (1) Independent living, (2) Higher education, and (3) Career exploration and meaningful employment.

Employment Services are available to all people with disabilities who need assistance to identify their work skills and abilities, locate employment, and learn a job. We also teach the skills required to retain the job. Our job developers are knowledgeable and connected to the local labor market and trends. HVRP provides services that assist veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Our program helps them reintegrate into their communities and find meaningful employment. We provide veterans with the tools they need to gain new skill sets such as financial literacy, computer training, job search training, and interview guidance. Veterans learn skills to retain employment and become financially independent. Helped funded by the U.S. Department of Labor.
