Warm Springs Community Counseling provides mental health and substance abuse assessments and can provide results to Courts, school, probation/parole and other agencies with permission of the client.

BestCare offers a range of treatment programs designed to address the many levels of addiction and mental health. This outpatient mental health program in Madras provides mental health assessment and counseling services to children, families, and adults. The mental health clinical teams include mental health clinicians, case managers, wraparound coordinators, skills trainers.

OCDC has many programs, and they work together to help young children and their families grow, learn, and succeed. Many of the services support migrant and seasonal farm workers and their young children. Other programs are open to families living at or below the federal poverty level. The child care and early education programs serve infants through five year olds, and our parent programs are open to all parents that have children enrolled in programs.
