DD Services Case Management

People interested in receiving developmental disability services can apply through their county DD services office. Case managers coordinate funding for services such as a Personal Support Worker, transportation services, assistive technology, and vocational services, among others.

The Developmental Disabilities Program serves eligible adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities that live in Clackamas County. Services include service coordination, abuse investigation, intake and eligibility, and program development.

They offer foster care services, criminal justice and behavioral health assistance, and assistance with opioid concerns. They also have transportation to medical appointmentsa healthy eating initiative, and a rental assistance program for indiduals with mental illness.

HVRP provides services that assist veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Our program helps them reintegrate into their communities and find meaningful employment. We provide veterans with the tools they need to gain new skill sets such as financial literacy, computer training, job search training, and interview guidance. Veterans learn skills to retain employment and become financially independent. Helped funded by the U.S. Department of Labor.
