HVRP provides services that assist veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Our program helps them reintegrate into their communities and find meaningful employment. We provide veterans with the tools they need to gain new skill sets such as financial literacy, computer training, job search training, and interview guidance. Veterans learn skills to retain employment and become financially independent. Helped funded by the U.S. Department of Labor.

The first of its core values is self determination: We honor our customers individual rights to assume risk and to achieve their personal goals, through education, communication and choice. Each customer is eligible for a unique types and amounts of services based on their needs as identified in the adult needs assessment (ANA) tool. Personal Agents meet with customers and their chosen support team to complete the ANA and determine their support needs.

Independence Northwest is a full service brokerage that provides case managment for individuals with developmental disabilities in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties.

Multnomah County is a case management agency that hires Service Coordinators to provide individually focused care coordination and planning to children and adults with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities. Our goal is to increase overall quality of life, promote independence, and integration by providing resources and service in the family home and community for individuals we serve.
