Community Living Case Management (CLCM) provides a wide range of services for individuals and their families who are eligible for services under the Developmental Disabilities criteria. These services include intake and eligibility determination, general case management/service coordination, protective services for adults, contractual services for community basedprograms such as residential supports and employment or alternatives to employment, foster care recruitment and licensing and placements for adults and children and high school transition services.

Eastern Oregon Center for Independent Living provides peer counseling, support groups, youth mentorship, and independent living training.

Mid-Columbia Center for Living (MCCFL) is a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed service provider for persons with mental health and substance abuse issues, and also individuals who require intellectual/developmental disability services. Our mission is to provide comprehensive and culturally sensitive services in the least restrictive setting.

OCDC has many programs, and they work together to help young children and their families grow, learn, and succeed. Many of the services support migrant and seasonal farm workers and their young children. Other programs are open to families living at or below the federal poverty level. The child care and early education programs serve infants through five year olds, and our parent programs are open to all parents that have children enrolled in programs.

Columbia Gorge Food Bank, a transitional program of Oregon Food Bank, is a regional food bank supporting hunger relief partners in Wasco, Hood River, and Sherman counties.

St. Vincent de Paul helps families in need by providing food boxes, rent assistance, mergency prescription medications propane vouchers for heating, bus tokens, clothing, household goods, appliances, beds and furniture. Their Self-Sufficiency Services helps repair damaged rent history, provides job sites where TANF recipients can gain work experience and job-retention skills, and gives special help to veterans who are homeless.

The Arc mission is to advocate to enhance the dignity, expand the opportunities, and protect the rights of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

DHS Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) assists individuals with disabilities to get and keep a job that matches their skills, interests and abilities. VR staff work in partnership with the community and businesses to provide services that are individualized to help each eligible person receive services that are essential to their employment success.
