Willamalane Park and Recreation District maintains and operates five recreation facilities and 46 parks and natural areas totaling nearly 1,500 acres. Willamalane is a special tax district, separate from the city of Springfield, with its own boundaries. It is governed by a five-member, elected board of directors and managed by a district superintendent.

Since the early 1980's WCC Food Share has given out "free" food boxes to the needy of Williams on Tuesdays from 10am to noon. Anyone on food stamps, TANF, SSI, state subsidy, or below current poverty level qualifies for a food box once per calendar month. WCC Food share is one of the oldest Emergency Food Box distribution centers of the Josephine County Food Bank. Please call if you have questions.

The Adult Outpatient Services team works with individuals over 18 years of age presenting with a Behavioral Health Disorders as medical necessary. Services are prioritized based on level of functioning and insurance authorization. Culturally skilled and language appropriate services are available for Spanish speaking individuals.
