The Developmental Disabilities Program serves eligible adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities that live in Clackamas County. Services include service coordination, abuse investigation, intake and eligibility, and program development.

Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare (CBH) provides adult outpatient services for both mental health and addictions with open access times on a first come/first serve basis. CBH also provides both psychiatric and Child and Family services with scheduled appointments available. Our office hours are: 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. CAT is a membership organization for tenants, by tenants. Low-income tenants predominantly low-wage workers, families with children, people living with disabilities, seniors, and people of color. CAT provides education on tenants rights and evictions counseling.
