HVRP provides services that assist veterans who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Our program helps them reintegrate into their communities and find meaningful employment. We provide veterans with the tools they need to gain new skill sets such as financial literacy, computer training, job search training, and interview guidance. The Independent Living Program (ILP) helps youth who are, or were, in foster care to become self-sufficient adults. It gives an opportunity to learn valuable skills necessary to make a successful transition from state or tribal custody to living on your own in the community.

Laundry Love is a neighboring movement that partners with groups, schools and local laundromats to wash the clothes and bedding of low-income and/or no-income families and individuals.

Marion County provides case management to children and adults who have developmental disabilities. Developmental disabilities are a diverse group of severe chronic conditions that are due to mental and/or physical impairments. People with developmental disabilities have problems with major life activities such as language, mobility, learning, self-help, and independent living; however, they can live healthy lives.

Options Counseling and Family provides family preservation, behavioral health services and other family supports to families and individuals in 11 Oregon counties. Resource Connections of Oregon (RCO) is a non-profit known for its beneficial role in Oregon's service delivery system as well as for the talents and skills of its staff. We currently brokerage services to around 700 customers in Linn, Marion and Yamhill Counties.

RISE provides services for people with disabilities including residential settings, day programs, employment assistance, managed care, and home and community based services. RISE also provides services for children and families through foster care and professional parenting, adoption, kinship care, after school and summer programs, behavior supports, and mental health services. In addition, RISE provides Early Intervention services which includes Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy and Developmental Specialists.

Vet Centers are community-based counseling centers that provide a wide range of social and psychological services, including professional readjustment counseling to eligible Veterans, active duty service members, including National Guard and Reserve components, and their families. Individual, group, marriage and family counseling is offered in addition to referral and connection to other VA or community benefits and services.

SCSEP is for low income seniors who seek employment, training assistance, and social engagement. Through the transitional employment program, SCSEP partners with community-based non-profit organizations and government agencies to provide participants with training opportunities to update their skills. During their part-time internship, seniors receive minimum wage to help supplement their income until they receive permanent employment.
